Richard Scott Hill is an award-winning photographer who is based in the USA. He has an extensive background in Commercial, Portrait and Wedding photography.
He has been featured in the "Best of Photography" annual for the past three years. This international competition is open to all photographers throughout the world.
Some of his recent work includes: creating a photographic album of his images for President and Mrs. Carter of their "Return to Plains" and a portrait shoot of Fancoise Gilot, author of "Life with Picasso".
